What’s inside

Six areas of international sales support.

Market research, store setup, logistics coordination, marketplace operations and advertising. We can support the full process or a specific area.

  • Finding the target country

We match your product range to candidate countries. Demand size, competition, customs duty, VAT regime, shipping cost and delivery time all enter the same table, country by country. You end up with a ranked list — and the reason behind the first market.

    • Matching table: Your range is compared with candidate countries on the same criteria.
    • Customs and VAT: Customs duty and the VAT regime are summarised for each candidate.
    • Demand and seasonality: Demand size and its swings through the year are read country by country.
    • Shipping and delivery: Shipping cost and delivery time are compared across the candidates.
    • First-market recommendation: A ranked country list is delivered with the reasoning for the first market.
  • Competitor and market research in the target country

We build the competitor list for the chosen country: which marketplace, which price band, which visual and copy language. Then we see where the gap sits — price, product or story. Listing copy, pricing and the campaign calendar follow that report.

    • Competitor list: Who sells similar products in the target country, and on which channels.
    • Price band: The price range competitors sit in, and how they position, is mapped.
    • Listing and creative review: The visual and copy language of competitor listings is reviewed.
    • Search terms: The search terms used in that market and the demand trend are read.
    • Gap report: The room to win — on price, product or story — is reported.
  • Shopify storefront and marketplace setup

We’re a Shopify Partner agency, and because multi-currency, local payment methods, tax setup and marketplace integrations all live on one platform, we build the e-export storefront on Shopify. Next to it come account opening, listings and stock connections on Amazon and the target country’s marketplaces — both channels fed from the same stock.

    • Shopify Markets: A separate language, currency and price list for the target country lives in one store; the domain routes by country.
    • Local payment and tax: The payment methods customers there expect are enabled; VAT, duties and shipping are calculated correctly at checkout.
    • Accounts in the target country: Seller accounts, brand registry and tax details are set up on Amazon and that country’s marketplaces.
    • Localised listings: Titles, descriptions and search terms are written in the phrases that market uses, not translated.
    • Shared stock: Storefront and marketplaces draw on the same stock; product and stock data flow both ways through the integration.
  • Warehouse agreements, logistics and customs

FBA or 3PL is decided on product category and volume; we’re with you through selection, the agreement and the setup. The micro-export and customs flow runs with a contracted broker, and the shipping route and a local returns address are put in place. Delivery gets shorter and returns stop coming back to Türkiye.

    • FBA or 3PL: The warehouse model is chosen on product category and volume.
    • Warehouse agreement and setup: We’re with you through selection, the agreement and setup.
    • First shipment: The first shipment plan and restocking rhythm are set up together.
    • Micro-export and customs: The declaration flow is set up with a contracted customs broker.
    • Shipping route: Carrier agreements and a route plan are prepared.
    • Local returns address: A local address in the target country is set up for returns.
  • Marketplace management

Listing quality, price competitiveness, stock continuity and the campaign calendar are worked daily. Competitor prices are tracked, buy-box and badges watched, weak listings rewritten. We also take over accounts someone else set up — even ones that have sat open for years.

    • Stock split across countries: Stock is divided between the target countries’ warehouses by demand; levels update on the marketplaces through the integration, reducing the risk of overselling.
    • Price and Buy Box tracking: Competitor prices and the Buy Box share are tracked per country; pricing rules are updated for exchange rates and shipping cost.
    • VAT and IOSS compliance: Listing prices follow that country’s VAT regime; IOSS in the EU and UK VAT registration are built into the invoicing flow.
    • Local listing upkeep: Titles, descriptions and search terms are written in the market’s language; weak listings are rewritten.
    • Local returns handling: Returns go to an address in the target country; return rates and reasons feed back into listings and product pages.
    • Reporting per country: Which product earns revenue and margin in which country shows separately in the monthly report.
  • Overseas ad management

Country-level campaign setup on Amazon Ads, Google and Meta; creative and copy localised to the target market’s language. Every channel is tested and budget moves to the country and channel with the highest conversion. Ads, budget use and results are visible on your own dashboard without waiting for month-end.

Problem → solution

The six things we hear most from brands going abroad.

We review product, market and operational needs together to prepare the work plan.

The decision rests on a comparison, not on one opinion. The first market is picked from a ranked list with written reasoning, and the next candidates wait on the same list.

  • The first market comes with its reasoning
  • The next countries wait on the same list
